    Can you source a product that is not listed?

    Yes. Send the product code or technical specification, quantity and delivery destination so we can investigate suitable options.

    What lead times apply?

    Lead times depend on the product, stock availability and delivery destination. Imported products may require additional time. Your quotation confirms the applicable lead time.

    What payment terms are available?

    Cash in advance or approved account terms apply as confirmed in your quotation. Credit terms are subject to approval. We do not offer cash on delivery.

    Are all listed products available from stock?

    Our website shows both stocked ranges and products we can source to order. Send the exact model and quantity so we can confirm current availability, pricing and delivery before you place an order.

    Can I send drawings, photos or a product list?

    Yes. Email your documents to info@zendalotpt.co.za, with your company name and enquiry subject. You can also send product photographs through WhatsApp. Include the full model number or a clear photograph of the rating plate where available.

    What if I am unsure which model I need?

    Describe the application and operating conditions. For motors, include power, voltage, phase, speed or poles and mounting. For electrical equipment, include supply voltage, current or rating and the existing product code. For lifting equipment, include load weight, lift height and platform dimensions. We will clarify the requirement and investigate suitable options before quoting.

    Email info@zendalotpt.co.za to request a catalogue or manufacturer datasheet. Include the product range or full product code so we can provide the relevant information.
