We check the supply options

We clarify the specification and check availability with the relevant supplier. If an exact match is unavailable, we discuss suitable alternatives and any specification differences before you decide.

Review your written quotation

Your quotation sets out the proposed product, quantity, price, VAT treatment, availability, lead time, payment terms, delivery costs and quotation validity. Check these details and resolve any assumptions before accepting.

The required date in your enquiry is a request; it becomes a commitment only when confirmed in writing.

Confirm your order

Accept the quotation and provide your purchase order or billing details as applicable. Supply proceeds following the agreed payment or approved account arrangements. Cash in advance or approved account terms apply as stated in the quotation. We do not offer cash on delivery.

Receive progress updates

We coordinate supply and communicate relevant supplier, dispatch and delivery updates. Imported and sourced-to-order items have product-specific lead times. Any material change is discussed with you.

Arrange delivery or collection

Confirm the delivery address, receiving contact, access restrictions and any unloading needs. Collection and office visits must be arranged in advance. Delivery arrangements and costs are confirmed with your quotation or order.
